“I can” and “I will”

Once thou determined “I can”,
No one can ever rack thy brain.
Once thou determined “I will”,
until reaching the destination thou will be full of zeal.

Moreover, if any hurdle uncertain thou need to deal.
Just relax and chill and remind yourself,
“I can” and “I will”.

Auto suggestion, through words like “I can” & “I will”, works like a tonic. It rejuvenates the mind & builds one’s morale which propel him to move forward in life with self confidence till he reaches his goal.

Voice of India
From Vishal Bhambhani
Voice of India

Dear PM,

Can you hear my echo..? Hello! I’m a “Voice of India” representing in unison with 1.2billion population of this country. I will not repeat the silly facts and figures whose outcome you know beforehand. But India’s inner conscience forced me to pen down this timely critique whose voice is constantly being suppressed, why..? I’m seeking to be heard since long. I need your attention sincerely. Don’t let your prejudices to close now while listening. I’m like you with 2 eyes, 2 ears, 2 legs, 2 hands, a nose & a mouth to speak. The only difference between YOU and I is, YOU are the “Leader” and I, an ordinary Voice of India (your follower too). Leader, every time ‘Voice of India’ chooses you in an election, as representative of India. Power, authority, responsibility all are delegated in a hope, “You will do something better for this country”, “you will live upto your nation and of course on its natives’ expectations”. But every time…every time “Expectations are hurt”. Why is it so…? Are our expectations futile with you..? I’m unable to comprehend, why my voice isn’t consistently being let to be aired every time, everyday, every hour..? I’m a devotee of ‘TRUTH and HUMANITY’ both, is that the only reason..? Or I poke my nose in your political matters, disfavor point blank your parlayed policies and conduct, abstained you while playing anti-common men tricks etc. are these the only (wisdom) reasons of being unheard..? But what about you as wayward playing the devil with the country’s greatest asset known as ‘Democracy’. I’m not here just to prick holes from our leader’s coat but the unfavorable circumstance against you made me to do so. Leader, by your ineffective governance, daily thousands are being assaulted, harassed and molested in inhumane way. I petered out to stop or get rid of this manmade dungeon. Every time in your speech you assure us that, ‘we are placing our cards on the table to clear hardcore laws and strategies to tackle proliferating corruption, crime against women, female foeticides dowry and innumerable certain social maladies. See, these maladies aren’t even curbed. Though, till date all your assurance was nothing else but moonshine. It becomes clear that ‘Corruption is an ulcer in the body politics of our country’. However, you’re sitting dumb and deaf. Why..? What’s the reason..? And Till how all this blame game would continue..? Can’t you hear the cry of this ill became nation..? Can’t you genuinely realise the ‘hue and cry’ increasing by leaps and bounds..? If yes, then, what’s reason of being so reluctant to perform your own pledged duty or to take cognizance to curb social maladies? I’m waiting till my last breath to welcome your answers open-mindedly regarding your shortcomings on account of which whole nation is suffering. Your ‘silence’ is harbinger of doom for this nation. Hope! You may understand this soon. The widespread dilemma and underrated political behaviour is gradually-gradually engulfing the peace of this nation. Later the ‘Voice of India’ may knock you out in the next election its better to speak-up…speak-up now. Otherwise, unfortunately, I have to urge, sooner you must give-up… Hope! My every word and statement proves eye-opener (for you). If you really desire, we all must follow you, then come on ‘Stand alone, have the courage to face your own followers, then might be possible our conscience may rekindle and get encouraged to follow you”! Be a candle-holder of ‘Democracy’ which every Indian is looking for. Now, you have to decide your own fate (Speak-up or Give-up).

Yours follower-

Voice of India

I put in some efforts to read thru the blog.. actually copy pasted it on a MS Word file and formatted it so that it is not taxing on my eyes.

The sincerity of expression, the anguish and the frustration, the impatience are all so obvious and transparent. So they should be as your generation will be leading the country in future and if you do not question and change, India will go to dogs! The hope for a India of morrow lies in youngsters like you..

Now, the subject is good and inspired but shabbily expressed. The flow is not cogent enough and the language requires improvement. You need to learn how to express if you desire to be heard. If you start by saying "your prejudices...", I am sure, you have already lost the listner. Somehow I get the impression that you have already made up your mind and in no mood to listen. if that be right, then why bother to raise questions? Why do you think your voice will be heard at all?

Nb: pls do not take this criticism to heart. If you are able to learn from this conversation, it might help you wherever you are.

Young man, in that case, allow me to add one more suggestion :)

You must read carefully before drawing a conclusion.

Pls read my earlier comment once again and see if I have made any statement about the contents of your blog. I am yet to read it and therefore unqualified to comment on the subject.

I have merely suggested a formatting process for the blog!

My learning is that I could probably have written the comment better so that you are not led to any confusion whatsoever..:)

Ganesh-R Sir, I always welcome your opinion. There is no need to ask to comment on my blog. I'm not a highly crackajack personality. Your suggestion like other blogger's matters the most to me. Though, the blog 'Voice of India' was just pen-down to highlight the plight of our nation. I've no intention to cast aspersion on any politicians or bureaucrats or law abiders. I only wish our nation may rejoice that victory which it had attained after a great struggle. If I'm wrong, as per your view-point, I take my words back.

Can I make a suggestion pls?

To make it easy for the visitor to stay on the page and read thru patiently, you need to create a conducive platform. If you spell out all your thoughts in one paragraph, the visitor would get daunted and will not be converted into a reader. and, you will miss the conversation.

It is likely that what you say is very valid and powerful but needs to be packaged effectively whether spoken or written if it has to strike home.

Use this forum with liberty and develop your own style of writing. There are many accomplished writers on this site like Lakhotia ji who will guide you very well just like he favoured me with his kind comments when I was active.

Dear Prem Sir, I personally respect your point of view. My intention, however, isn't to offload the responsibilities by passing buck to one or some rather my first and foremost aim is to inculcate a message of "UNITY" which symbolizes "STRENGTH". We (the people) are ready to get in sync with our leader or representative but, question is, are they ready wholeheartedly to curb social tensions..?

Many such voices have been lost not because there was no zeal or strong mood wasn't there but because of the lack of veracity and commitment.
Such a bubble of emotions can be a matter of powerful language but hardly practical on national policy level! Citizens of India cannot offload their responsibilities by passing the buck to one or some!

Are we well-educated..?

Not merely education but today well-education matters. So, are we well-educated..? This question shouldn’t be hold in abeyance for long. It’s an appalling question that needs timely answer. This question should initially be asked to the teachers and then the students. Teachers are the people who enrich the students with their own experience and skill. With their support, students enlighten the world by their creative knowledge. Might be possible, this question haunts every student’s mind everyday until student reaches its set acme. Why will they not be tensed..? After all, it’s matter of their precious life. Daily many students come across this negative phase and commit suicide or stub themselves to death. However, to blame solely teachers or professor for this apathy would not be apt. Students too are equally held responsible for this fiasco. Teacher must understand ‘teaching’ is not only a job rather a big responsibility on their shoulders whereas, students must also well understand their responsibility towards studies. This is the only profession that carries the highest dignity around the universe. Teaching mainly means let them (the students) make imbibe moral and social ethics and to practically follow the same. Education is just alike worshiping God. However, the biggest pitfall of our paralyzed education system is, teacher wants student to be ‘bold and independent’. But they forget; how to teach student to be ‘independent’ in life. This lesson needs to be taught to the students by the teachers. Though, our system believes more on spoon feeding, making the students to mug-up the content of subjects which necessarily demands practicable attention and solution rather than theoretical assumptions. Teacher must understand that gradually-gradually this habit of mugging up the notes make them far away from understanding the ground reality of a particular subject or content and most vital is its meaning (which is a crux). This system will soon cause a phobia in the minds of new learner as well, if its fate is not decided now.
Teachers, if you desire your students should be lauded then, you need to back them up. And make them learn what education genuinely is all about. While, Students if you want your future to be bright then, respect your teacher and explore the world that timely requires the attention of your par excellence skill and ability. After all, together they (Teacher and Student) play a significant role in nation building. ‘Well Education = Appreciable Success’. Good Luck! Enjoy Learning and Sharing…

Welcome Wal-Mart, Tessco and…

“Discussion is an exchange of knowledge; argument an exchange of ignorance”. Opposition is behaving just opposite in reference to above quote. In other words, opposition is meant always for opposing (god knows ever they spoke in favor sometime). Seriously, they are representing themselves as children of Junior LKG, UKG or nursery classes in parliament. Maturity almost lost, causing hustle-bustle and not silently letting parliament session to be carried out. A day onward FDI subject tabled in Union Cabinet and thereafter in parliament creates an impasse. Opposition is preventing entry of multi-brand retail in India by demonstrating parliament snarl (Logjam). We very well knew beforehand, every business has its own pros and cons. Today, if FDI liberalized to promote its market on our soil definitely, it will hamper small entrepreneurs as well as wholesalers. They will be unable to fetch much profit out of these sources which in near future overtake their business gradually-gradually.

I can realize opposition’s anguish over the matter. But adjourning parliamentary proceedings will not yield any solution to this problem. In counterview, they should consider that licensing multi-brand retailer to commence their business will lead wholesale sell-out like big fish engulfs small fish to satiate its desire. But opposition (especially BJP) must give a look to the brighter side of topic. If retail chain market collaborates with Indian companies, to some extent employment problem can be curtailed, farmers’ plight will improve (as a result farmers’ suicide ratio will decline) and however wholesalers have to confront obstacles in beginning but steadily they will also merge with bigwig retailers, widespread poverty rate will reduce so that economic growth of country can take place continuously. Still I remember a case, when concept of computers was introduced in late 90’s. At that very moment everybody spoke against this technology that this would create unemployment but consequences have been just contrary to it. It becomes a significant source which begets many employment options or courses are being offered by him at national-and-international level. Whereas in current computer turns out to be isolated stream which youth most prefer as their career. I believe we should change our perceptions regarding FDI concept, positively this concept will yield fruitful outcome and more opportunities for India. Only need is to change our perception so that every Indian can urge with proud that, yes “Ho Raha Bharat Nirmaan”.

UNCERTAIN LIFE

Life is uncertain.
Ahead, who knows?
What GOD has written?
Whether the moments of happiness or sorrow.
Seems no way-out,
How can past be borrowed?
Consider as if there is no tomorrow.
Live the present with such a great zeal,
That no love emptiness we in heart feel.
Duly pay all the liabilities outstanding,
Even if its smile.
Accumulate all the feedbacks ‘Good or worst’ we are deserving,
To tally Life’s ‘Fortunate & Unfortunate’ file.
Remember, Life’s account must be appraised,
Prior we may greet this beloved world, last time
a handsome good Bye…Good Bye…
One, will either be in hell or heaven?
That is also unknown…Unknown
All KARMA will decide,
What we actually deserve,
Is what on the earth being a human we sown!

Attitude Matters, Mind it…

Attitude only leads us to the target desired. Attitude brings forth the hidden talent. Attitude makes us happy in life. In all, Attitude is something that matters the most in everyday life. Being a ‘Writer’ I would like to put-down my example while highlighting you the story “Attitude Matters, Mind it…”

2 ½ years ago, my life had suddenly taken a U-turn. This U-turn however, wasn’t negative rather than a positive one. I never thought, I will ever write in my life. But just after my school life I started writing abruptly. Previously, mostly I was criticized for my grammatical errors. But as the time has passed by, I overcame all the hurdles alike the foggy weather cleared away the roads that became quite visible.

Formerly, my ideology towards life and society was different and too narrow. After 2½years my thoughts, believes about life and society are now modified. I became a responsible son, brother, citizen etc. and many more roles that life had presented for me to play. Life has taught me several lessons and there are still lots more twist to come ahead.

Look! God has allotted all of us with 24hours a day. In this tenure, every human has to perform his/her obligations. Everybody would be busy in giving their best. What separates us from each-other is our “ATTITUDE”. Some make this 24hours as 48hours a day while others are hardly able to make it even 12hours or less. Mind it, “Attitude surely guarantees 100% success, neither 101% nor 99.9%. ‘Attitude’ is just proportionate to ‘Altitude’

Positive attitude instills positive energy; positive energy attracts positive behaviour and positive behaviour encourages positive conscience to do something innovative and exclusive, this truly yields positive outcome and also keeps us effective and efficient throughout the day. Hopefully, we enable to accomplish our desired target on time and carryout our day-to-day functions swiftly.

Before giving rest to my words, I would like to urge something most essential:

Everyday is special, if you think…
Every moment is memorable, if you feel… Everyone is unique, if you see…
And life is beautiful, if you live…

In our thoughts, imaginations, creativity and alike other activities “Attitude Matters”,
Everywhere, everyday, every-time & in Every-phase of life ‘Attitude Matters, mind it…’
As Attitude yields complete 100% result, how…?

ATTITUDE= 1+20+20+9+20+21+4+5= 100%
Try to retain (positive) ATTITUDE…!

Enjoy sharing and learning.

A day without ‘MOTHER’

A day without ‘MOTHER’ is just like a morning tea without sugar. It seems the day has begun without smile that I daily love to gaze on the world’s evergreen beautiful woman’s face. From dawn till dusk she remains busy in nurturing the whole family. A single day without ‘HER’ means missed her shower of blessings. When I need and don’t find her before my eyes, for a moment I become restless. Everyday she spends most of her time with me and both of us enjoy all pleasures of life. Still I remember when I was dressed-down in my first piece of writing. I was sailing through the difficult times, she was the only courageous soul who cheered me up and boosted my morale. Her presence always brings laurels in my life. On the contrary, a couple of years ago, she attended a spiritual event and reported home at late night. At that instant, I completely lost my temper and started questioning her. Afterwards, I realized, I deeply hurt her sentiments. I apologized for my ill behaviour. Still I apologize before Almighty everyday for that worst moment and pray it may never happen again. Her absence never lets me sleep peacefully. I miss that cozy pillow like lap where everyday I used to put my head down and relax. A day without ‘her’ made me remember the happy-go-lucky environment she used to create through her presence. A day without ‘her’ insists me to experience the beauty of her aroma spread in the whole house. De facto MOTHER’S love is immortal about her children, spouse and especially for the house which seems like a heaven through her presence. A day without ‘HER’ instills me with a sense of responsibility towards home. HER absence reminds me, her childlike simplicity. Mother genuinely, a single day without you is too hard to live. Your absence always let me recall those days when I was severely injured, when my left leg was fractured and you cooked my favourite dishes everyday. For my good innings you burnt the midnight oil in worshipping GOD. Really, your act of kindness is godlike. Even I can imagine, right now wherever you are, definitely must be thinking about me and the whole family. You truly have a humane attitude towards everyone. You are the God’s greatest gift in my life. Mom, I know, I’m very naughty, nitwit, cranky, intelligent, loving and caring. But you can’t imagine when you leave, how much I miss you. However, one thing is sure my love for you would never fall off even when I grow-up. My love for you will still remain fresh like that of today even when you would turn around 80 or 100 years of age. Thank you so much for being in my life. And I pray to the Almighty, She must be the only ‘MOTHER’ I would desire in every life. Nobody can ever replace her in my life. That’s for sure. Love you a lot Mom…

Your Loving Son

Guru and Shishya
From Vishal Bhambhani

Guru and Shishya

Once upon a time, I came across a way where I witnessed myself helpless. I thought I had to walk alone on that thorny path. I confronted lot many obstacles. The way was neither swift nor easy. However, I didn’t admit defeat. I was determined in my pledge.
During that course, I had come under heavy fire by innumerous people. But I continued in a hope, I would get somebody definitely to guide me.

One day finally, I discovered eminent people in the form of parent, teachers, friends, and kith and kin in and around. Your presence every time brings laurels in my life. I mulled, as if ‘A wayward got support’.

I observed gradually-gradually, my all difficulties were wiped-out. I introspected myself much more confident and courageous than before.

Thus, I recognized possibly there can be one or more than one GURU’S in anybody’s life. Any person whoever moulds us on the right path, in my belief is a true ‘GURU’. However the bitter fact is today nobody used to believe on every honest person. It’s too rare to find good rapport between teacher and student. Though, I’m lucky.

In terms of knowledge, I’ll always be recognized as graduate right from ‘Home’, ‘School’, and ‘College’ to a good companionship I had and due to which today I’m achieving great heights. I really feel proud of my entire Alma Maters. Thanks a ton for being in my life. Be always with me as ‘GURU’ forever…

Life demands Change…

Often we use the term “CHANGE” in a pervasive sense, though it has a very wide connotation. It’s too easy to guide others saying, “Change yourself”. However, this “CHANGE” demands a lot of courage, patience and labor when it comes to implement. I observed so. I’m not kidding. I have experienced it. One day, I found myself being whitewashed from the stiff competition. I saw, I’m declared worthless in life. I felt myself laggard. The onus of this ill-fate entirely I did on me. How it deemed to me is, when I realized the world is invariably moving ahead at a greater speed, it has changed vigorously there I discovered myself being lost somewhere else in dreamless world. 20years hence, I surmised the world is where I had witnessed it since 20years ago. Not unearthed any change in belief, attitude, passion, willingness and courage in any human. Nevertheless, I was wrong. Sorry! I had forgotten. I forgot, I observed the world by my eyes which didn’t perceive any change. Extremely sorry again! I was mistaken. If I haven’t viewed a change so, how can I comprehend any change? It doesn’t connote others were mulling akin to me. I can be narrowed by mind but others didn’t. If, I hadn’t gone away from my home doesn’t sense others also did alike. Today, when I moved outside the home, I confronted innumerous changes, met well-versed people settled in their life some of them were my nearer. I felt, I did nothing for last 20years. All went in vain only-and-only due to my ill attitude towards life and I neglected all change comes to. I cried. I was infuriated. I found myself alone. Though I wasn’t the beginner and don’t want but the change that took place forced me to become a beginner. Yet I have to accept the bitter change, which is already changed with the time. My past has passed in futile. My present is suffering due to my futile past. The change is that I’m penalized as I haven’t given space to myself to allow any change in me with the age. Aftermath of this certain tragedy, I learnt genuinely life demands change. Without change life seems boring and fatigue. With change a human gets bold and feel refreshed. Always adopt the changes taking place in near by. Therefore always remember, “Changing the face can’t change anything but facing the change can change everything”. God has gifted us only life, so fill it with colours. Life is a river too which has many turns. So, enjoy each-and-every turns as these turns never return. Confront the change and feel the change. After all change is essential and most vital ingredient of human life to have and hence, ‘Enjoy Learning and Sharing’.

I like the post. Change is not an option but necessity. One must keep changing himself according to the need and must learn to adopt but must never forget what he actually is...

Looking for a change just for the sake of change is down right foolish. A change must be desired and attempted only when the present demands it. Concentrate on the present and make the most of it - that is what wise men have taught us since the time immemorial. If you do fine problems with the present then think (a) what change is needed (b) Can I bring it about or is it within my realm (c) If it pertains to some one else's realm can I influence him and finally (d) Am I aiming at some thing which is none of my concern.

Worry about changes or any other facet of life only for a valid reason and not just for the heck of it.

wonderful!!!!!!!!!!but one thing I would like to say never regret for anything in your life. The dawn is when you have seen it.Realization is very important and thats the turning point and after that no luking back attitude no more tears ,no regrets, no complaints just move ahead at your own pace ,the way you like.Tthis world has too many things ,too many ways but its the person who has to decide which way he has to move or where he or she is comfortable rest" Change is the law of nature" and we have to accept it .There is no other alternative. Either we change with the passage of time or time changes us and the latter one is very painful so its better to adopt the first one and be happy..............................forever...............

For a better tomorrow

I can’t help saying, ‘worth of ‘Primary Education’ particularly in MP is degrading day-by-day’. Education scenario became needy of eminent teachers and path guiders. Education is solely considered mighty weapon to bring to the fore hidden talented brains, to contribute their vital role for country’s wellbeing. However today’s picture is not as such, is changed drastically. Our education system doesn’t guarantee complete literacy. Moreover, it is now known to be ‘Money Minting Business’.

According to recent report by state government reveals, 13% less children can only recognize alphabets. Primary education, which is foundation of child’s education, is in a shambles. State government itself accepted, all there schemes are flop. While describing the facts, state education minister declared, there has been 17% decline in number of children from class I to IX, who could recognize digits. In 2008-09, 82% children were able to identify numbers but in 2010-11, only 64% children had the ability to recognize numbers. Even the massive fund, invested under ‘School Chalein Hum Abhiyaan’ all went in vain. On the name of education plans state government had misused huge wealth. I used to wonder how Parent’s hard-earned money smokes away like anything. These leave behind an answerable question mark over our ‘Education Framework Guidelines’. Thereafter, the teachers too are in the dock, sharing the same fate, are teaching on frameless doctrines. If the students’ prime base will remain baseless then, how could they compete with stiff world? How could they confront challenges…? World is economically, technically, socially demanding multitasking personnel. As compare to above piece of information, the latest education method encompasses outdated features. An abyss of ignorance and despair could be witnessed.

It is said, the teacher plays a leading role in child’s life after parents. Teacher can only mould child on true path to realise his/her ambition. A student spends much of his/her time in school rather than at home. A school is said to be his/her second home. However, a time had passed by, where the teacher used to give equal attention on every student’s performance whether excellent or weak in studies. Contrast to this, today only some brilliant students are managed to endear themselves to their teachers. Weak and helpless students are deprived of loving and caring teacher who must understand and lead them on a right way. As a result, weak students become embittered by teacher’s behavior. Rapport between Teachers-and-students as Guru-and-Shishya is not as good as it was in the past.

Notwithstanding within time lag it’s a good sign at last ‘State Education Association’ self-introspected ‘where they went wrong’. I believe soon they will come up with certain highly proficient measures to overcome the crisis of well-educated system in state. But it is not the end. Our support to uplift government’s policies is must. If the government can think for creating better tomorrow then, why should we (the Educated Citizens) remain far-off in sustaining this mission? Let us contribute our role by directing such helpless children nearby us, so that they will be able to sow a seed of ‘Development’ which would result in ripening ‘Literate India’ because ‘if Indian becomes literate, India will grow (Padhegaa India tabhi to badhega India)’. That’s why we urge ‘Knowledge is power’. The only condition is, students must equally participate with teachers and teachers with students. Enjoy Learning and sharing.

A very good analysis, your facts are correct and arguments convincing. It is really heartening to see a youngster like you thinking of such an important but greatly neglected subject on which depends future of our country.
I also feel it is beyond the capability of state or the central government to improve the system as vote-bank politics will always subdue the political will for improvement even if there is any. Civil society organisations can however form pressure groups to compel the governments to act.
I hope due attention is paid to this all important issue.

What is ‘HER’ mistake…?

Before ‘SHE’ takes birth, she doesn’t even know, where ‘she’ will be born or whether will she really be born…? If born in India, she must understand that she had taken birth in a country where only a few respect her. Only a handful of people don’t deem her a curse. What is ‘Her’ mistake…? She is innocent, is it her fault…? She is completely perturbed by present horrible scenario. Where daily alike her many guiltless are being assaulted & murdered. What is ‘HER’ mistake…? Tell me. Isn’t she deserves to live her life peacefully…? Or isn’t her life a life...? Who do we worship as goddess Laxshmi, Saraswati, Durga & many more idols at our homes, same idol of society in reality is being unfairly dragged under grueling circumstances. To whom we deemed as lucky charm behind every man’s success, today the loads of like her are being ill-treated. She seriously wants to get out of this dungeon of being ill-treated in society. Her future is in bleak & without her future is dreamless. She is asking for help. Please help ‘HER’. Today, many women, girls, & teenagers were questioning themselves, what is ‘her’ fault…? If nothing is ‘her’ fault, government must take a sincere step in this regard. They should detain the guilty accountable to this abated cause. Her existence in society is essentially required. She is somebody’s mother, sister, daughter, aunty or else stranger but she is the strongest pole of our human society known as ‘Female’. Don’t underestimate her. Let her realize her dreams.

‘Cricketer Sachin’ turned ‘Centuries Shensha’

Hip-Hip Hurray! Hip-Hip Hurray! At last wait comes to an end. Moment of success had arrived at Shere Bangla stadium in Mirpur & kissed feet of Cricket Master Blaster. Friday, 16/12/2012 around 5:05PM another magnificent record inked in Indian cricket history. Master Blaster Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar finally managed to accomplish his maiden & most prominent 100th international century vs. Bangladesh during Asia cup. He batted scrupulously. While hitting each stroke Genius Tendulkar witnessed conscious. For last one year he was hassled aftermath of world-Cup where he scored 99th century versus SA (South Africa) on March 12, 2012. At present he looks lighthearted. He played a very natural innings. He was sanguine of reaching the milestone which he himself set & ultimately achieved. An iconic batsman probably ascertained the right time, right occasion, and right place & possibly grabbed the opportunity. However we all knew way of progress is neither swift nor easy. Same coincidence happened on the field with ‘little master’. Well he wasted many balls to attain landmark but within this tenure he hadn’t gave-up which is a good sign of great player to be emphatic in tough circumstances. He established a stiff benchmark through long uphill struggle for forthcoming generation. Indeed universally admirable performance rendered by this player who since childhood has devoted life for only game “CRICKET”. Now at the age 38, became a source of inspiration for young cricket aficionados whose ambitions are akin to be Master Blaster. He proved “Being an inspiration is somewhat different from taking an inspiration”. It is pre-determined whatever standard set by legend, to reach till here is not that easy for any batsman, almost 2decades may pass. Forthcoming cricket generation has genuinely hard nuts to crack if they desired to match the level of “Cricket Shensha”. If they wanted to be like Sachin they have to work like Sachin & adopt playing tactics that legendary batsman used to follow. At this fantastic juncture Tendulkar splendid piece of cricket reminded me of best lyrics “Aaj mein Uppar, aasman niche… Aaj mein aage, zamaana hain piche…” Today Sachin reached pinnacle by virtue of his devotion. All these constitute how passionate is he about cricket. Before I give rest to my words, kudos to “Cricket Shensha” keeps up the same spirit ahead as well. Good Luck

Yours’ Cricket Followers salute ‘You’

Mr. Chappell ‘little knowledge is very dangerous’

Taking dig at Team India, former coach Greg Chappell said Test Cricket was “too hard” for most of the Indian players. Chappell, who parted ways with team on a bitter note in 2007 after confused terms of two years, felt that the team wasn’t really interested in test cricket during the series against Australia recently which was havoc for India.

To promote his book, “Fierce Focus”, in Adelaide, minted cheap publicity, the Aussie batting great was reported as saying, it was obvious from the beginning of the tour that Indians weren’t seems interested. After the Australians depicted that they were practicing to be a formidable foe. Chappell was very disappointed with the Indians. He asserted they can only make a lot of money by playing 20-20 over (IPL) game cricket. 50 over matches’ players aren’t capable of playing.

Chappell then went on to share his thoughts on Indian culture and its impact on the cricket team. "India’s culture is very different; it's not a team culture. They lack leaders in the team because they are not trained to be leaders. From an early age, their parents make all the decisions, their school teachers make their decisions, and their cricket coaches make the decisions.

"The culture of India is such that, if you put your head above the parapet someone will shoot it. Knock your head off. So they learn to keep their head down and hesitate to take responsibility. The British taught them really well to keep their head down. For if someone was deemed to be responsible, they are punished. So the Indians have learned to avoid responsibility."

However, Chappell yet again had good things to say about captain MS Dhoni. According to him Dhoni is one exception to his above said rule, but even he seemed to have lost to the system. He said "Dhoni is among the most impressive young cricketers that I have ever worked with. When he came into Indian team, we just knew that he was a leader in the making. I think he is the best thing to have happened to Indian cricket in recent times.

"But looking at him on this tour, just watching him on the field, it wasn't the MS Dhoni that I knew. I think Indian cricket has warned him down as well. Especially captaining all three formats, and India plays about 50% more cricket than Australia does," Chappell said.

Chappell targeted directly not solely Indian cricket however he acutely accused Indian culture. In our culture people were not taught a lesson of leadership, Mr. Chappell thinks. India doesn’t breeds leader. May I ask former coach-cum-writer (became by default) Chappell, how much did coach know about India…? Are Australian players every time proved to be strong…? Haven’t Australia trounced anytime…? What is the need to co-relate a game with a nation’s culture? Cricket is a gentleman’s game, play the game with good faith. Winning or loosing is a part of the game however it will continue ahead too. To gain publicity for book in order to earn higher returns, former coach cheap comments about India & Indians are tactless & aren’t required. Off the cricket field also, India is enriched in multiple sectors. For once he must visit India, spend some leisure time & then utter something. There are many bigwigs who are well equipped in leadership skills. Indian Role Models like Infosys Founder Narayan Murthy, HCL CEO Shiv Nadar & so on possess leadership traits. Nevertheless Mr. Chappell ‘little knowledge is very dangerous’. Please ‘take your words back' & from next time ‘think twice before you speak’.

We are fortunate, but some aren’t…

The most important as well as innocent phase of human life is the ‘Childhood’. It is that stage of life when human foundations are laid for a successful adult life. It is the phase when we are carefree, fun-loving, playing & learning different activities. Go back into your childhood & for most of us, there are commendable memories. And how wonderful is it to have grown-up in such happy-go-lucky environment while we had parents, grandparents & kin’s looking after us. But, this is the story of not too many children.

Yes, there are far more children wounded & tormented. They hate their childhood. They would do anything to get out of the dungeons of being children & monitored & tortured by others. They want to escape from this world. Some manage to get out & get a better life, while many continue to be where they are, not out of choice, but force.

This is really very true story about Child labour. There are industries & individuals, who employee young guiltless children. They put them under grueling circumstances. They make them work for long hours weaving delicate threads to make the world’s most refined & expensive carpets. They make them work in dangerous factory units to manufacture fireworks. They make children carry load even heavier than their own body weight

There are individuals households that have their own young children growing in a cozy family environment, but they hire children as domestic helper. They beat them & physically tease when they make any mistake. They starve them & give them their child’s worn clothes.

Such is the story of millions of children in India. It is genuinely painful & yet a bitter truth. The future of this nation is the children. And instead of nourishing & nurturing them with a healthy childhood, they are letting to be tortured in dungeon like work places every day. And an innumerable employed children don’t even live to see their teenage years.

Poverty at the top & then san of education are the two primary reasons for the every growing social malice of child labour. Parents in the poverty zone of society give birth to money making machines, and not children. They carry infants to earn more on the streets from begging. As they grow they make them beggars, & eventually sell them to employees.

Can this anti-children offense be eradicated from society…? The answer is yes; as long as we take measures to first bring it under control. Once the malady is under control then we can gradually, steadily and surely root-out this problem & give every stray child a well deserved healthy & normal childhood.

However look at the various labour activities involving children across length & breadth of India…

Bonded Child Labour:

This also termed as ‘Slave Labour’ & is one of the worst types of labour for children & adults, alike. In fact, in 1976 the Indian Parliament enacted the Bonded Labour System (Abolition) Act; herein declaring bonded illegal. Although, the fact remains is that this system of working still continues. According to certain experts approximately 10 million bonded children labourers are working as domestic servants in India. Beyond this there are almost 55 million bonded child labourers hired across various other industries.

Child Labour in the Agricultural Sector:

According to a recent ILO (Indian Labour Organization) report about 80% child labourers in India are employed in the agricultural sector. The children are generally sold to rich moneylenders to whom borrowed debt can’t be repaid.

Street Children:

Countless Children on the streets of every states work as beggars; the sell flowers, polish shoes & other items, instead of being sent to school. They go hungry for days. In fact, they are starved so that people feel sorry for them & give them alms.

Children Employed at Glass Factories:

According to recent estimates almost 60,000 children are employed in the glass & bangle-making industry & are made to work under extreme conditions of excessive heat.

Child Labour in Matchbox Factories:

Of the 2, 00,000 labour force in the matchbox manufacturing, expert claim that 35% are children below the age of 14. They are made to work over twelve hours a day, beginning work at around 4 AM, everyday.

Carpet Industry Child Labour:

According to a recent data by the ILO almost 4, 20,000 children are employed in the carpet industry of India.

The other Industries:

According to the researchers there are about 50,000 children engaged in the brass industry of India & around the same amount engaged in the lock manufacturing concern.

After, going through the above facts & figures, who will rely definitely there subsist a Law to forbid such foolhardy incidences? Aftermath of perceiving innocent children plight, every child that are born in a warm & loving dynasty, will consider himself/herself very fortunate. Seriously, we are lucky, no doubt. But loads of like us are not so fortunate only-&only due to one ailment ‘Poverty’ that causes a gap between them & us. Being a future Children of tomorrow let’s take an oath that as much as possible each individual (i.e. we) will try his/her best to give the better tomorrow to the helpless children. We have to bring back the lost glitters in their gloomy life. I begin my journey of building ‘Incredible India’! Now it’s your turn… because it’s not ‘MY India’ or ‘YOUR'S India’, it's "OUR India"… Be determined in your pledge. We (the Children) are solely the future of India.

From Nani Manna

It is true that not every child is so lucky as to be born with a silver spoon. But that doesn’t mean that other children who are not so lucky should be left at the mercy of fate or circumstances to fend for themselves by slogging as child labours in most inhumane conditions of hazardous industries spread across our country. These industries employ children; because they are cheap & hassle free. Parents, though aware of the risk of working in these industries, allow their children to work due to their poverty. Struggle for survival gets better off the love or concern for the safety of their children.

It is a question of grave concern not only for the government but also for us; because it is about millions of our future citizens whose childhood is lost for ever. Despite the fact that our Constitution prohibits child labour & it is a crime in the eyes of law, the strength of child labour force keeps growing everyday. It is because; the agencies which are responsible for keeping a check are not sincere in discharging their duties.

It is the duty of the government to protect the lives of little children, by making arrangements to uplift the conditions of the parents & taking care of the health & education of the children of poor families who are compelled to become child labours. Awareness must be spread among the people to desist them from keeping children as domestic help & the employers must be given exemplary punishment to deter them from employing children in hazardous industries.

Thanks & regards.

Great spirit, great venture. The problem cannot be wished away. Great perseverance and wakening is needed. It will take decades, I suppose, to achieve this dream. The Governments and NGOs are doing great work but some times, institutions and their structures overtake their work. As individuals, I would always prefer to work on smaller area where I can be direct help and guide to some one since at my age, I cannot exert myself meaningfully in the collective effort.

Recently, My College take an initiative to protest "Child Labour" at primary stage. Our theme of this social event is "SANKALP". While listening through it seems energetic & emphatic. Hope! we can contribute our effective support to make this grand event successful & provide helpless children a better tomorrow... I plea, My dear Family (Blogger's Park) members , to be a part of this social malady. Our target should be to make the nation prosperous. It could only be possible if everyone shall come ahead & show his/her courage & determination to fight anti-children offense.

Black Money Stashed Abroad

Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC) was founded in year 1854. SBC was the third largest in Switzerland with over 300 billion CHF of assets and 11.7 billion CHF of equity. In 1998, SBC merged with Union Bank of Switzerland to form USB, the largest bank in Europe & the second largest bank in the world. Swiss bank revealed India has more money than rest of the world. The second best Russia has 4 times lesser deposits. U.S. is not even there in the top five! India has more money in Swiss bank than all the other countries combined. Recently, due to international pressure, the Swiss bank government agreed to disclose the names of the account holders only if the respective government formally asked for it. Indian government is not asking for the details…any marks for guessing why? Is India poor, who says? Ask the Swiss banks. Dishonest industrialists, scandalous politicians & corrupt IAS, IPS, IRS officers have deposited their wealth in foreign banks in their illegal personal accounts a sum of about $1500billion. This amount is about 13times larger than the country’s foreign debt. With this amount 45 crores needy people can get Rs.100, 000 each. Once this huge amount of black money & property comes to India, the entire foreign debt can be repaid in 24 hours. After paying the entire foreign debt, we will have surplus amount, almost 12 times larger than the foreign debt. If this additional amount is invested in earning interest, the sum of interest will be more than the annual budget of the central government. So even if all taxes are abolished, then also the central government will be able to maintain the country very comfortably. India is not the only country involved in black money case there are other four countries sharing the same fate. These are: 1. INDIA $1,456 billion (Nearly 76, 00,000- CRORES);
2. RUSSIA $470 billion; 3. U.K. $390 billion; 4.UKRAINE $100 billion; 5. CHINA (our competitor) $ 96 billion, however the question is, can we bring our black money (after viewing above facts)…? Why people opting Swiss bank to deposit there black money…? Are people interested to evade taxation? Why Indian government not seems confident enough to talk about black money chapter? Are they concealing some more significant issues from Indians? Is this hot-burning issue related to their misdeeds? Government must answer. After all, SHE (India) is seriously lacking money to nurture her 42% malnourished kids (that PM invariably highlighted as National Shame), to curb poverty & overcome many more social as well as economic crisis.

Online Censorship

It is sad that government is trying to suppress people’s voice via social networking sites, by terming it as unprincipled. It is difficult to understand why the government is suppressing common man views to air. Let truth comes out. In our country, politicians often claim that they want the truth to prevail. It is obvious that the ideas shared online by the people are not in ruling party’s interest or restricting their growth of corruption. Or may be the government is trying to conceal its misdeeds. If they believe so then, government must learn a lesson from the anti-government remarks of people. They should try to bring change in their attitude, beliefs & identify what every voter expects from them. If they will not full-fill their duty faithfully, certainly voter begins to chide them. I support MP Varun Gandhi’s note that social networking sites are truly a democratic medium of cmmunication. Genuinely, it’s a participative medium where one can express his/her concern on variety of issues. In my view however it’s wrong to suppress individual voice. If government does so, it will snatch Indian’s autonomy to speak. Government must think before it acts because it will amount to suppressing citizens’ right.
Let the truth prevails…

A True Human Life

The pearls of wisdom can never lie.
After the dreamy nights, encouraging morning will arrive.
That will shine the face with smile.
The day begins with the rituals of God, Who has awarded us with power.
He crafted us as a candle,
To bring back the lost glitters in others’ gloomy life,
We all deserve happiness, but some aren’t so fortunate to find.
Admired by greenery & chirping of birds,
My soul inspires me to fly high…high in the sky.
Reaching towards the destination where soul feels fresh,
God has given all of us a gift
that we never utilize.
It’s love in heart to enlighten others,
By sharing God’s gift, we will have a True Human Life!

Think twice before you speak

What is the difference between youth leader Rahul Gandhi and Congress Leader Dijvijay singh …? Nothing. Frankly speaking politicians have no control over their tongue. They don’t care whether what they are speaking will be in their as well as other’s interest or not. Politicians are simply engaged in criticizing & dominating each other at the cost of gaining voter’s favor. While addressing UP audience Rahul Gandhi bluntly uttered, “UP youths are beggar”. “For their livelihood they beg”. But Rahul Gandi never has given thought to his vision, he is also begging for votes (Directly or indirectly) from the citizen of the country on behalf of the congress. By his silly behavior in UP, Little Gandhi not solely tarnished image of his party but also of himself. To whom we are addressing India’s future PM…? I think we must mull over it several times. We need to evaluate whether Rahul Gandhi deserves this prestigious tag. Without any suspicion he deserves to be congress president because there all corrupt resides excluding our silent honest PM. I suppose congress leader Digvijay will be happy as Rahul Gandhi is behaving like him.

very true Ranjinder Sir. But to satisfy our greed, why we always hurt other sentiments...?
why politicians (i.e. unfortunately a leader of the nation) never give thought to their visions, what is actually expected from them...? We (the Indians) are hoping our realm to be prospered, not on the ground of politics rather than on politeness!

Thanks "Sir" once again for your reverent feedback!

Political leaders have forked tongues. They need to promote their parties and idealogies. They are not a charity mission.Their statements should be read in the context they are made.. I know sometimes politicians make irresponsible-sounding and uncharitable-looking statements but they have some objectives in mind. In this case too, the two leaders are on a mission-the mission to destabilize Sushri Mayawati. It is a no-holds-barred war and as they say ,"All is fair in love and war". Neither Sushri Mayawati nor her main opponent Congress can afford to lose this battle. It is NOW or NEVER.. . .

Thank You, Surendra Sir & Vivek Ranjan Sir for your purposeful comments. what I believe is, aftermath Hisar polls congress will surely attain defeat in UP also. Not because Little Gandhi hurt the sentiments of UP people but for reflecting an specimen of poor presidency.

I totally agree with you that not only the politicians we all must think twice before airing our opinion. The comments by Rahul were uncalled for. There was no need for it. What I think he wanted to say was lack of employment opportunities in UP hence migration to Maharashtra and Punjab, but there were dignified ways of saying the same.

Review- SINGHAM

SINGHAM is a word in Hindi which connotes “Sher” & in English “Lion”. A Lion that has no fear of death recognizes as “King of Jungle”. A film is based on the present scenario in which an ordinary inspector was tortured. Akin to our country’s circumstances denoted that in affected by so called cancer (corruption). Meanwhile, the main role played by actor Ajay Devgan as “Bajirav Singham” (cop) (Jis mein hai dum who hai Bagirav Singam) is laudable & incredible. Motto of movie is to attain peace, violence free nation & to get rid of tainted political administration trying to bring cops, higher judiciary under their domain. The villains who are neither interested in cop’s welfare nor of realm’s prosperity against their greediness. These fiend leaders (villains) while making wild promises grab the ministerial status, accomplished votes in poll by cheat in proxy fails to face-off for the rights of citizens. To meet their demand they pressurize khaki wearing (civil uniform) public servants by exchanging bribe to execute bluff. Yani apni matrabhumi se gaddari… To root-out corruption reached up to maximum level Cop Bajirav Singham (Ajay) take charge of the duty. Using judicial reform weapon terminate regime of defame ministers misusing their power, money, position & breach stated LAW norms if any. Broke the ice by firm voice he to make unaware police felt the significance of the khaki they dressed-in, oath they took to serve the country dedicatedly as servant of citizen from the government of India. Whether, they have to sacrifice life no matter but will never bow-down. Though dialogues & discussions were ethical embarrassed those officers which unduly affluence with political parties. At the end (cops) were wrong they realized, then all amalgamated with Bajirav to fight injustice. Their conscience stir up to eliminate Ravan of Kalug i.e. villain who endeavor to bring termites in democracy of country which is meant of the people, by the people & for the people.

Kudos to Rohit shetty, reverent director shows us an authentic & thrilling snap of our country with the assist of film. Where at the one end corruption is accelerating contrary to it, we have actual Bajirav Singam i.e. Social Activist Anna Hazare to assist & make India rid of the corruption that befall a daily interruption. Hope so, his peaceful tactics will work effectively to attain Janlokpal bill for which whole country is fighting along with team Anna. Definitely he is one man army to drag massive non-violent turmoil anti-demon famous scandalized politics.

What everyone must learn from story SINGHAM is “Amanviya ke prati shish na kabi jhuka hai, na kabhi jhukaenge, hum toh sachaai ke rah par chale hai or chalte jaenge.
Dat kar samna karenge…

Alli re aali ata tuzi(corruption) baari aali…

Jai Hind…

How A PERSON should be...?

From Vishal Bhambhani
This poem is about A PERSON who is in search of person(S) akin to him. Let’s find out what he wishes & whether his hope gets fulfilled or not.

A Person must be
A crony,
Not a crook.
Just as a gill in the lake,
Not be a worm of the brook.
Look…look!
Indeed the poor is in need of love,
Not of money.
They are in search of that heart, which is sweet as honey.
Even Sacred says, ‘LOVE’ is divine service,
No biasness it cause, though it is pervasive.
Observe the elegant message of this prayer,
That love & happiness is spread in the air.
Wish is, to identify this intangible environment,
Hound this loving attitude in our life as behavior permanent.
Don’t quarrel to be each others rival,
Instead be a friend to compose this friendship forever revival.
