Paswan attacks Mayawati during campaign

Dismissing prime ministerial ambitions of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati as ''sweet dreams,'' Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan on Tuesday described her as ''an ultimate opportunist who is out weaken secular forces''.

''Mayawati's prime ministerial ambitions are nothing more than sweet dreams. She can try her level best, but she would not get even a single seat outside her state,'' he told reporters in this UP-Rajasthan border town.

''She is an ultimate opportunist. she allied as many as three times with the BJP to grab power. Her target is to weaken secular forces,'' the Lok Janshakti Party chief said launching his campaign for the Rajasthan assembly elections due later this year.

Paswan also alleged that there was no law and order in UP saying, ''Dalits are terrorised under her rule in UP. There is no law and order in UP.''
