We caution all bloggers to refrain from writing blogs which are injurious to the reputation of individual, companies or organization. Though the freedom of expression is a fundamental right, however as we all know,it comes with certain limitations. We request bloggers to take note of the Indian IT act, the law of legislature privileges, the law of contempt of court and all other such laws.
